There's a gasp as the wax makes contact, Buggy shifting in the restraints on instinct. He bites at his lower lip then, meeting Shanks' eyes. The burn doesn't last for too long, but it's enough to send a jolt through him, to have his cock twitching and muscles tighten briefly.]

In that case.... [ Shanks trails off as the wax trails higher on Buggy's thigh, over his hip. ]

[Buggy draws in a breath, arching his back a bit under the attention, biting his lip.]

Yes. [ Shanks smirks. ]

On both ends. [ He starts to trail up higher, careful around Buggy's groin, letting the wax pool a little just under his belly button. ]
