A few minutes later Loki makes his way to the Red Cardinal. He takes his time and actually walks there from his room instead of his usual teleportation. He needs the time to decide how far he might try to push Buggy to open up. If they're as alike as he thinks, it's undoubtedly a bad idea to push too hard. But he does want to get across the notion that if he does wish to speak, or vent, or rail in anger, Loki is willing to listen. Norns knew he wishes he'd had someone to listen to him a few times in the past.
